• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of client interactions by phone, email, in person, or virtually.
• Open new client accounts and research client information using internal systems.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports to service clients and support prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events for advisors.
• Collaborate with advisors and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
