The role involves processing bond transactions, supporting new business placement, and coordinating daily servicing tasks to keep client work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Highly technical knowledge of surety industry, laws, products, coverages, and markets.
• Excellent communication skills to service customers.
• Proactively manage book of business and retain accounts.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters; evaluate client needs.
• Be a self-starter with time management; organized and deadline-driven.
• Work well within a team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities
