Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Executive to support a Business Insurance Surety book. You will work with producers and clients to service and retain accounts, issue bonds, and assist with new business placement. Hybrid work arrangement offered with a competitive base salary and incentives.

The role requires strong surety knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage relationships and deadlines in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Highly technical knowledge of surety industry, laws, products, coverages, and markets is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop healthy relationships to retain accounts.
• Ability to negotiate terms with underwriters and evaluate the clients' needs.
• Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and provide ongoing support for team members and all colleagues.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with producers and clients to service and retain an existing book of business.
• Market, service, and issue commercial and contract surety bonds for existing accounts, and support new business placement.
• Process related bond transactions and manage daily servicing tasks to keep client work moving efficiently.
