Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Gallagher, seeks a Client Executive to lead client account management and deliver exceptional service. You will be the strategic liaison, fostering strong partnerships and providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client services or 10+ years with HS/GED, insurance license, and ability to travel up to 25%. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required.

How you'll make an impact

We're looking for a dedicated and service-minded individual to join our team as a Client Executive. In thes role, you'll take the lead in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You'll be the strategic relationship manager and the key liaison between Gallagher and our clients, fostering strong partnerships and creating innovative solutions to meet their needs. By championing Gallagher's resources and tools, you'll ensure efficiency and excellence in managing client deliverables, all while contributing to our goal of achieving a 95% client retention rate.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold insurance license and be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
