You will coordinate implementation activities, maintain client program configurations, facilitate updates, support reporting, and communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate service delivery. Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Customer/Client Service
• Preferred: 2 years experience with Health Care, Insurance and/or Account Management
• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Support implementation activities, including intake documentation, configuration reviews, and program setup requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding program administration and operational requests.
• Manage and communicate provider, pharmacy, eligibility, and product list updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate pricing changes, system updates, and configuration maintenance.
• Monitor program data and ensure required information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation and distribution of client reports and participate in recurring client meetings and operational reviews.
• Assist with testing, validation, and quality assurance of program changes and enhancements.
• Support the documentation of process and procedure and development of client-facing tools, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencies.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
