SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Specialist - Outreach for the WeCARE program. This full-time role focuses on outreach to customers referred by HRA, scheduling clinical assessments, and keeping clients engaged throughout services.

You will explain processes, collect documents, arrange external evaluations, and track progress in records systems. The position requires strong customer service, organization, and bilingual abilities; NY location; hourly compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• Four years direct customer service experience in a clinical or social service environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and engagement skills; prefer training in motivational interviewing and care management.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with publicly-funded programs; TANF experience preferable.
• Experience assessing the need for accommodations.
• Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities.
• Ability to use various electronic systems to carry out duties.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to customers referred by HRA to schedule clinical assessments and maintain engagement.
• Assist customers in collecting documents for reviews and to comply with program requirements.
• Explain the clinical assessment and service processes; provide written program materials.
• Assess accommodation needs and coordinate appropriate action.
• Schedule external medical, mental health, or substance abuse evaluations.
• Maintain records and generate reports to support management.
• Ensure customer files are complete and coordinated with QA.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Assist customers with resume development, job applications, and interview skills.
• Support care managers with scheduling and unit calendars.
• Prepare for customer workshops and maintain work areas.
