Job summary

Go-Staff, Inc. is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to meet local business owners and hiring managers, presenting staffing solutions and building lasting relationships. No prior sales experience is required as we provide training and support.

You will manage accounts, maintain a robust pipeline, and represent the company with professionalism in face-to-face interactions across California. This role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and meaningful advancement opportunities.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, face-to-face outside sales role—no sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be out in the community meeting business owners and hiring managers, introducing our staffing services, and building long-term relationships.

Once you bring in new clients, you’ll also manage those accounts and make sure they receive great service and support.

No experience in sales? That’s completely fine. We’ll train you. What matters most is your attitude, communication style, and willingness to put yourself out there.

If you’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, can hold a great conversation, and likes the idea of building something from the ground up, you’ll do really well here.
