Curi Capital LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support our national team from the Chicago office. The role involves identifying prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating introductory meetings for the Directors of Business Development.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, crafting thoughtful emails, and maintaining accurate CRM data. Strength in organization and cross‑platform tech use is essential in our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience on a business development or sales team at a financial services firm.
• Series 65 license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Research and qualify prospective clients to determine fit and opportunities for the firm.
• Proactively schedule introductory meetings for the Directors of Business Development.
• Assist with prospect follow-up and ongoing communication.
• Prepare customized prospect proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
