Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Client Enablement Oversight Associate in New York to support the Institutional Client Group's funds onboarding and client coverage. You will coordinate across Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management and other teams, partnering with relationship managers to drive a seamless client experience.

The role requires experience in banking/finance with strong stakeholder management and process improvements.

Qualifications

Proficient relevant work experience in the Banking/Finance industry.
Preferred experience in Change, Relationship Management, Legal or Credit Risk functions.
Experience facing both clients and senior internal stakeholders.
Experience in building and managing business processes with multiple stakeholders and inputters.
Ability to see the big picture and define target state processes that are client-centric and efficient.

Responsibilities

Back up coverage of key ICG clients ensuring funds onboarding and related needs are met efficiently.
Track, report and resolve issues to meet client expectations on launch dates and backfill projects.
Coordinate with all functions impacting funds onboarding to ensure resources are available.
Support FX desk in meeting new client growth objectives and gaps with existing clients.
Assist with tracking, reporting and producing MI/presentations for senior management.
