Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be a key source of knowledge on Airwallex configuration topics across product domains for pricing and capability configuration details.
• Work with account executives to amend Airwallex account pricing per the commercial team's request.
• Co-work with solution engineers globally to gather, validate, and apply configuration requests to enable capabilities.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and product teams to gather and summarize onboarding improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage on-shore programs and projects that enable US operational goals.
• Maintain and update customer account settings and pricing throughout the lifecycle.
