Job summary

Airwallex in Sydney is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Onboarding, to own and optimize the critical first interactions customers have with our platform. You will shape a delightful onboarding experience that helps new users understand value and set up Airwallex while balancing with KYC and KYB controls to minimize risk.

You will lead onboarding strategy, use data to identify pain points, run A/B tests to improve UX, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver global scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of overall professional experience.
• Experience in product management, go‑to‑market propositions, product design, product planning and development.
• Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with exemplary academic achievements.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding strategy and map the ideal journey from discovery to product adoption.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success, and drive onboarding improvements.
• Design and implement A/B tests to improve UX/UI and the onboarding journey.
• Balance frictionless onboarding with robust KYC & KYB controls to mitigate risk.
