Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Support Analyst in Financial Operations to join our US team in San Francisco. You will work within the FinOps group to monitor the transaction lifecycle, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate reconciliations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Product teams to optimize processes and support liquidity management. The role requires Zendesk expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience using Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries.
Able to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and a documented, process-driven approach.
Team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

Monitor end-to-end client transaction lifecycle and respond to inquiries; escalate as needed.
Utilize Zendesk to manage FinOps requests (investigations, returns, reconciliations) and maintain SLA.
Support daily safeguarding obligations across multiple Airwallex entities.
Monitor settlement and liquidity; contribute to treasury efficiency and risk management.
Develop data-driven metrics, QA framework, and tooling to detect and remediate risks.
Set up reporting data capabilities in alignment with regulatory and third-party requirements.
