Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory obligations, including required training.
• Requires working branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
