You will build and manage client relationships by listening to financial needs, delivering tailored recommendations, and guiding clients through Chase's digital tools.

This role requires compliance with regulatory requirements, a willingness to obtain needed licenses, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product features and benefits.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training and licensing.
• High school diploma or GED; regulatory licenses required (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration including 63 if required, Life).

Responsabilités

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service and building lasting relationships.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor recommendations to financial needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to address client needs and ensure a smooth banking experience.
