GC Realty & Development, LLC is seeking a client-focused Property Manager to support owners and grow with a fast-scaling firm in the Chicago area. You will manage onboarding, financial reviews, renewals, and collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and finance teams to deliver an outstanding owner experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multi-family or single-family property management, solid knowledge of property management operations, and familiarity with CRLTO/CCRLTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience in multi-family and/or single-family homes.
• Deep understanding of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial management.
• Awareness of local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management, including CRLTO and CCRLTO.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the GC Realty Experience: ensure every client interaction reflects our standards.
• Communicate fast: respond to client communications within 2 hours.
• Lead quarterly check-ins with clients to review properties and address concerns.
• Review financials and ROI to provide clear insights.
• Onboard new clients and set expectations for a smooth start.
• Manage client collections with timely payments and transparent communication.
• Secure owner approvals for work orders and turnovers.
