Job summary

ADP in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to drive the OneADP project management methodology across multi-product initiatives. You will partner with client teams and ADP colleagues to shape scope, schedule, and delivery while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, monitor plans and milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client service, customer service, or consulting experience.
• Willingness to learn project management; prior PM experience not required.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Clients by delivering exceptional implementation experiences.
• Analyze existing systems and processes; implement ADP solution.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service; coordinate with client project team.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and maintain communications.
• Organize daily schedule to handle high volume of calls and emails.
