Responsibilities

• Frontline communications: answer phones, greet clients.
• Process communications: mail, checks, scans, faxes.
• Office organization: supplies, clean and organized spaces.
• Maintain office equipment: troubleshoot and arrange repairs.
• Orientations: facilitate new colleague onboarding.
• Follow policies and procedures; cover additional duties as needed.
