Job summary

Winston Taylor is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Chicago to support its Corporate BD team. You will help implement BD and marketing initiatives for the Corporate Department, including Capital Markets, Funds and Real Estate groups, across the firm.

The role involves coordinating proposals, marketing collateral, attorney bios, and event logistics, with data upkeep in the experience and CRM systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, marketing, education, business operations, or writing.
• Must live within commuting distance to the office with 3–4 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Data: Collect and maintain data used in proposals and marketing collateral.
• Marketing collateral: Update quotes, headcounts, metrics, rankings, and accolades.
• Attorney bios: Draft and audit bios, ensure style compliance and accuracy.
• Lateral recruiting: Coordinate with publications and input new laterals’ data.
• CRM/pitch tracking: Update systems and monitor activity; assist with projects and expenses.
