Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Client Development in San Diego to lead a boutique team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, train on CHANEL savoir faire and product details, and work to grow the client base through community partnerships and events.

The role emphasizes leadership, inclusion, and the ability to navigate a dynamic luxury retail environment, with in-store presence and flexible scheduling as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, inclusion and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, products, and service.
• Lead with agility, track KPIs, and apply lessons learned.
• Represent CHANEL locally to grow the client base through events and partnerships.
