Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Client Delivery Manager I to oversee delivery execution for assigned clients, including upgrades and purchased solutions. You will develop delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage risks to ensure contract-aligned delivery outcomes.

You’ll act as the primary delivery contact, coordinate resources, report status, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in project management or client delivery.
• Experience managing moderate to complex delivery initiatives.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery execution for assigned clients and delivery initiatives, including upgrades, purchased solutions, and ancillary work.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, task tracking, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for day-to-day execution activities related to assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Track progress against delivery plans and identify risks, issues, dependencies, or deviations that may impact delivery commitments.
