Job summary

Kraken powers a global energy technology platform and seeks an Implementation Delivery Lead for residential flexibility. You will manage key client relationships, align product delivery with business priorities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet customer needs across regulators and markets in North America.

You will act as the primary liaison for technical development, triage requests, and help shape the roadmap while advocating continuous iteration and value

• Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines internally to enable ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
• Challenge the client to think differently about tech development and support continuous iteration and deployment.

Implementation Delivery Lead – Residential Flex Client Delivery Team

Our residential flexibility product, ResiFlex, is the market‑leading virtual power plant for energy retailers globally, currently optimising and controlling over 300,000 electric vehicles, home batteries and smart heating devices.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience – clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require understanding.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
• Technical mindset, experience in the energy supply sector and customer journeys.
• Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience in client‑facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing technical product or projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and supportive skills.
• Proficient in tools such as Miro and the Office suite.
