Job summary

Opportunities at the Client Delivery Head level involve leading digital delivery teams in agile IT transformation programs. The role requires strong communication skills and a background in coding or development, with a focus on delivering value to Tier 1 clients.

Candidates should understand SAFe or similar enterprise agile frameworks, and be able to guide cross-functional teams through delivery lifecycle and risk management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, preferably from Tier 1 B-schools.
• Minimum 5 years of coding/development experience; non-SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement profitability by handling multiple variables.
• Proactively engage with the client to understand business engagements.
• Recognize the full scope of the client’s technical environment.
• Deliver using Agile SDLC techniques to improve solution quality and flexibility.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues for delivery of the program.
• Establish and maintain communication with key customer decision-makers; lead and coordinate pursuit teams.
• Cultivate and incentivize team members and align with client needs.
• Engage with the customer on industry developments and best practices.
• Ensure value creation in the engagement.
• Create client presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW) for new opportunities.
