Work Location: To be confirmed by TotalTek Recruiting
Job Summary
Reporting to the President, the Delivery Executive owns delivery exclusively within TotalTek’s SAP practice, including client outcomes, quality, staffing, people performance and delivery economics. Scope excludes sales ownership and leadership of the PMO or AI practices. This is a hands‑on executive role in a small, lean services firm, not an advisory position managed through layers. Significant direct SAP delivery experience is required. The successful candidate will personally review plans and estimates, resolve resource conflicts, lead troubled‑engagement recovery and handle client escalations, while developing accountable SAP delivery leaders and a scalable delivery organization.
Company Overview
TotalTek is a leading provider of SAP, Application Managed Services (AMS) and PMO known for delivering personalized, agile, and highly customized solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Unlike large, global competitors, TotalTek offers a hands‑on, client‑centric approach, providing industry‑specific expertise in sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, and healthcare. With a focus on cutting‑edge technologies like AI and automation, TotalTek ensures that clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving business environment, continuously optimizing systems for peak performance.
TotalTek’s lean operational approach delivers cost‑effective solutions with transparent pricing, avoiding the hidden fees common with larger firms. By focusing on proactive monitoring, issue prevention, and rapid responsiveness, TotalTek minimizes downtime and enhances system reliability. TotalTek builds long‑term, collaborative partnerships, acting as a strategic partner rather than a one‑time service provider, fostering trust and aligning its services with clients' evolving business goals. With a strong local presence and dedication to customer success, TotalTek stands out as an innovative, efficient, and trusted partner.
