Job summary

Intelli Owl is seeking a senior stakeholder-facing professional to lead SAP engagement across onboarding, delivery, and renewal phases. The role focuses on planning services to meet customer requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery while driving commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in SAP, strong communication skills in English, and proven ability to manage complex, international customer engagements and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
• 8–10 years of experience required
• SAP domain experience required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, able to adapt for technical and non-technical audiences, including management level at customer
• Leadership experience with customer interaction and client management is a plus

• People with Lead experience who have customer interaction and client manangement are also acceptable
• Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mind.
• Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills.
• Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offering.
• Good understanding of SAP technical topic.
• Good understanding of SAP HANA database.
• Customer facing working experience.
• Accustomed to work in international environment.
