Stirista is seeking a Senior Client Data Strategist to own audience strategy, data application, and performance insights across client engagements. You will translate complex data assets and campaign results into clear, actionable strategies that drive client outcomes.

As a strategic, client-facing leader, you will design targeting approaches, analyze performance, and continuously optimize engagement strategies, while communicating the "why" behind decisions to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data-driven marketing, audience strategy, or analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable client strategies.
• Experience presenting recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own audience targeting strategies across client accounts and align data usage with goals.
• Analyze campaign and audience performance to identify trends and optimise approaches.
• Develop data-driven narratives and present findings to clients in strategic formats.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, Product, and Data teams to align on execution.
