Job summary

Gresham is hiring a Client Data Onboarding Specialist to lead data onboarding from requirements through to delivery. You will bridge clients, data sources, and internal teams to determine data needs, sources, and timing for data flow into our systems.

You will manage onboarding end-to-end, communicate through email and dashboards, and maintain accurate documentation while driving timely updates and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the data onboarding process and coordinate with clients to understand required data elements and delivery cadence.
• Translate client data requirements into structured onboarding plans and validate data mapping, ingestion, and feed configuration with internal teams.
• Provide clear, timely status updates via email, calls, and the client dashboard and manage expectations around data availability and dependencies.
• Maintain documentation and setup details aligned across client, source, and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify blockers, and implement improvements to workflows and client experience.
