Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Specialist, Client Processing II for BTS Operations—BNY A.M.P. in Pittsburgh (or Lake Mary). The role supports day-to-day processing in Banking Transaction Services, focusing on accuracy, controls, and client experience.

The candidate will work with 여러 internal teams to ensure smooth processing of ACH, checks, wires, and card-related activities, contributing to audit readiness and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, financial services, banking, or related environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately under deadline pressure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processing and service activities across BTS functions.
• Assist with broker support activities, including account-related processes, reconciliation, billing, and settlement support.
• Perform routine operational tasks in accordance with procedures, SLAs, and controls.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, breaks, and issues; escalate as needed.
• Support payment-related processes for ACH, checks, wires, and debit cards.
• Collaborate with teams across operations, product, tech, client service, risk, and finance.
• Maintain records and process materials to promote audit readiness and consistency.
• Monitor daily workflows and contribute to service quality and efficiency.
