Client Coordinator - Twin Peaks Veterinary Center

POSITION SUMMARY

Twin Peaks Veterinary Center is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited, 4‑doctor practice. In this position you will utilize superior client service skills to their fullest—delivering the highest quality patient and client care. Candidates should be comfortable with computers, competent with multi‑line phone systems, and enjoy working with the public. We are a fast‑paced facility and place emphasis on communication and teamwork. We are open six days a week. WORK SCHEDULE

Variable shifts within normal business hours. Must be available to work Mondays & Tuesdays and/or Fridays & Saturdays.

Business hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Shifts will vary within these hours.

• Pay range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, essentially depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1+ years in retail sales or customer service preferred; experience in a medical facility desired.
• Professional Licenses/Certifications: None.

Exposure to disinfectants, pet dander, excretions; low to moderate noise; ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted, 50 lbs with assistance; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
