Job summary

Copper Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional Wellness Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow our comprehensive wellness program. You will guide patients through personalized health journeys including hormone optimization, weight management, peptides, and preventive care.

You will lead clinical directions, develop individualized treatment plans, order labs, perform procedures, and educate patients in a patient-centered, elevated clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Michigan
• Prescriptive authority in accordance with state/federal regulations
• Experience or interest in hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, functional medicine, longevity, or preventative wellness
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
• Experience performing procedures and laboratory draws
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Warm, professional, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continued learning in wellness and personalized healthcare
• Desire to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term health improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical direction and growth of Copper Aesthetics' wellness program.
• Guide patients through personalized health journeys focused on hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapies, longevity, and preventative wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and health assessments.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and lab results.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care, including labs, procedures, and laboratory draws.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle, nutrition, and strategies for long-term health.
• Build strong, trusting patient relationships and deliver an elevated clinical experience.
• Stay current with emerging research and innovations in wellness and preventative medicine.
• Help shape and expand the wellness program with new services and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinical direction and growth of Copper Aesthetics' wellness program.
• Serve as a trusted wellness partner, guiding patients through personalized health journeys focused on hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapies, longevity, and preventative wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and health assessments.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and laboratory results.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care, including ordering and interpreting labs, performing procedures, and conducting laboratory draws as clinically appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and strategies to support long-term health and wellness.
• Build strong, trusting patient relationships while delivering an exceptional, elevated clinical experience.
• Stay current with emerging research, therapies, and innovations in wellness, longevity, hormone health, and preventative medicine.
• Help shape and expand the wellness program through the development of new services, protocols, and patient experiences.
