ExamWorks is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team onsite! In this role, you would be responsible for servicing inquiries and communications to and from our clients. This includes status checks and case updates through emails, portals and phone calls. A friendly, personable and professional approach is key towards our success.
Our Client Coordinators also handle data preparation, data entry, data tracking and documentation, so you should be familiar with working with customer databases and be comfortable keying data accurately and efficiently. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is an onsite role, located at our Woodbury, NY location.

Our clients include property and casualty insurance carriers, law firms, third-party claim administrators and government agencies that use independent services to confirm the veracity of claims by sick or injured individuals under automotive, disability, liability and workers' compensation insurance coverages.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
