Job summary

Safe Harbor Estate Law is seeking a Client Concierge & Sales Specialist to create an exceptional experience for prospective clients from first contact. This role conducts consultative 90‑minute meetings with prequalified potential clients and guides them through estate planning, elder law, and related decisions.

You will listen attentively, articulate how we can help, and steer clients toward the right next step, joining a growing, award‑winning firm with a warm culture and strong client service

Qualifications

• Experience in legal services, financial services, senior care, healthcare, real estate, or other high-trust professional service environments is valuable but not required.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate value, and guide thoughtful decisions.
