ccmcnet is seeking a Client Communications and Enablement Specialist to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to communicate and adopt strategic initiatives, technology solutions, and process changes across our portfolio. You will translate complex information into clear, actionable communications, training materials, and resources.

You will develop scalable content, templates, and learning resources to drive adoption and ensure consistent messaging across brands and companies,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience creating content for diverse audiences.
• Experience producing training materials and knowledge bases.
• Ability to manage content accuracy and version control.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of client communication materials across the organization’s portfolio of companies
• Draft and produce emails, announcements, guides, and supporting content for internal teams, clients, residents, and board members
• Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company updates to clients while tailoring messaging for different audiences
• Help scale communication efforts by creating reusable templates and resources across multiple companies
• Build and update training videos and materials for client and resident technology initiatives
