Catalyst Brands seeks a Learning and Communications Coordinator to develop and distribute clear, timely communications to store teams and leaders nationwide. You will help design, deploy, and maintain training resources and job aids that align with operational priorities and business goals.

In this role you will manage learning platforms, maintain resource libraries, and support brand-specific and compliance training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a retail store or corporate environment.
• Takes initiative and adapts in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates across functions to balance priorities.
• Manages multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with urgency; drives continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning program administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and distribute clear communications to store associates and leaders.
• Support design, deployment, and maintenance of training programs and learning resources.
• Assist in the administration and ongoing management of learning platforms and related technologies.
• Maintain web-based content and resource libraries supporting training initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of brand-specific training and compliance programs.
• Manage databases, content repositories, and reporting tools for learning initiatives.
• Support execution of special projects and strategic initiatives to drive engagement and performance.
• Participate in planning activities and provide project coordination support.
