The Client Communication Manager will be responsible for streamlining and expanding People Solutions Core Communication offerings while simultaneously evaluating and addressing scope concerns. A focus of this role will be to improve the overall experience for the People Solutions account teams – fostering collaboration across the MDS and People Solutions teams – while delivering exceptional employee-facing deliverables.

Duties:

  • Evaluate and implement opportunities for streamlining processes
  • Identify and manage scope of services with both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and expand Core resources
  • Explore and implement digital communication solutions
  • Evaluate and manage vendor contracts/licensing agreements
  • Onboard Core team Associates on communication
  • Provide copywriting assistance when determined appropriate
  • Provide client-facing assistance when determined appropriate

Compensation and Benefits

Lockton Companies LLC is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits and complies with all relevant state/local pay transparency laws. The entry base salary offered for this opportunity may vary, and is contingent upon candidate education, skills, abilities, essential competencies, experience, professional designations, unique qualifications, and geographic location.

Performance Bonus: This role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, based upon the financial performance of the organization and the individual contributions of the Associate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, English, or Marketing preferred
  • Five or more years’ experience in employee benefits communication preferred, or equivalent experience in internal communication or corporate communication
  • Stellar English/grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • A strong project manager with a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Associated Press style
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player
  • Ability to learn quickly and then lead your assigned clients’ projects with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and to work outside of normal business hours as needed
