MANAGER, CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS

The Foley Growth Marketing Team is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Content & Communications to lead our content, communications, and PR efforts. You will drive brand awareness, inbound traffic, and customer engagement by creating high-quality, relevant, and consistent content across all channels. This role will own our content roadmap, manage a Marketing Communications Coordinator, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.

This position is remote. Residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WI is preferred.

Compensation starts at $80,000 annually.

What You Will Do

1. Own and execute the content and communications strategy across blog, website, email, social media, webinars, case studies, and PR
2. Manage the company's editorial calendar, aligning content with campaigns, product launches, and customer journey stages
3. Lead development of compelling, SEO-optimized content for our blog, website, and landing pages
4. Drive webinar and customer story programs, from planning and promotion to content creation and follow-up
5. Oversee social media strategy and execution across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
6. Create persuasive copy for emails, product announcements, and thought leadership pieces
7. Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging
8. Manage and mentor a Marketing Communications Coordinator, fostering growth and accountability
9. Partner with agencies or freelancers for design, video, or writing support
10. Support external communications including press releases and PR coordination
11. Monitor and report on content performance, optimizing engagement, reach, and conversions

What We'd Like You To Have

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or communications, preferably in SaaS or regulated industries
2. Strong writing and editing skills with a clear brand voice and storytelling ability
3. Experience managing diverse content formats and channels
4. Excellent project management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
5. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Meta
6. Ability to analyze content performance data to inform decisions
7. Collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams
8. Knowledge of DOT regulations or the transportation industry is a plus but not required
