Job summary

Truist Wealth in Media, PA is seeking a Regular Teller to provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records while delivering a high standard of service. You will engage clients, explain digital tools, and help identify financial needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced branch. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required; this is a full-time position with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs incl. locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and product knowledge meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
