Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in client service is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service and process teller transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures.
• Educate clients on banking products and refer to a Banker when appropriate.
• Attend morning huddles and maintain knowledge of policies and fees.
