Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller in Dundee, Michigan to deliver exceptional in-person client service and handle routine cash transactions. You will balance cash drawers, resolve servicing issues, and guide clients toward banking products and services to support their financial goals.

As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for financial wellness during conversations and refer clients to a Banker for deeper planning. This is a branch position requiring weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience with cash handling is required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Balance cash drawer following balancing guidelines.
• Identify client servicing issues and resolve or escalate accordingly.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer to a banker.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
