KeyCorp in Dundee, MI is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional in-person client service, handle transactions, and support clients with their banking needs. You will listen for financial wellness opportunities and guide clients to bankers for deeper conversations.

As part of a branch team, you’ll balance cash drawers, adhere to policies, and contribute to a compliant, ethical banking environment. Weekend shifts may be required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
• Experience in a client service role (required)
• Experienced in cash handling (required)
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)

Mansioni

• Provide in-person teller services and assist clients with account transactions
• Identify financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker
• Balance cash drawer accurately and follow balancing procedures
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures
• Work Saturdays as directed by management
