Job summary

Coryav in Oklahoma City is seeking a proactive Service Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for client service inquiries and manage the service process from initial call to completion. You will dispatch technicians, oversee ERP/CRM updates, track KPIs, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a high-quality client experience across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, after-hours support when needed, and building strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client service inquiries and supporting field technicians.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues over the phone or remote channels.
• Proficiency in maintaining ERP and CRM records and service agreements.
• Ability to track KPIs and drive process improvements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client service inquiries and provide troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate dispatch of service technicians and manage schedules for timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM; prepare, send, and renew service agreements.
• Track performance metrics and manage part number assignments and documentation across teams.
• Compile and submit service reports and support quotes and admin tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, including after-hours as needed.
