Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication, in person and by phone, with tailoring of features.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• HS diploma or GED; licenses obtained via JPM licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
