JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a Fort Worth branch.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging the latest banking technology to enhance the client experience. The role emphasizes personalized service, consultative selling, and collaboration with specialists to address complex financial needs while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions and self-serve options.
• Learn and discuss banking products and connect clients to experts as needed.
