Job summary

Triple20 | B Corp™ in Minneapolis seeks a Project Manager to serve as the operational hub for the Projects team, aligning client needs with project delivery to maintain quality, speed, and client experience.

You will plan work, manage timelines and budgets, oversee purchasing, and liaise with Accounts and Finance/Admin to keep projects on track. Occasional travel (up to 30%) is required to support client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project Manager is the operational hub for the Projects team, coordinating client needs with project delivery to ensure quality, speed and experience.
• Work to prevent problems by planning, building, thinking and solving foreseen challenges ahead of time.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines, and provide project cost estimates and budget management.
• Oversee purchasing materials, supplies, and products for client projects.
• Travel to support client projects, when applicable (30% or less).
• Coordinate with Account Managers on client communication and project status throughout discovery to recap.
