Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end execution for a major CPG account in the Minneapolis area. This is a high-visibility, temporary-to-permanent role where you will drive multi-million dollar initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in agency and enterprise accounts.
• Deep CPG domain knowledge including retail timelines and multi-channel campaigns.
• Based in or willing to commute to the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Own the Account's Engine: Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex, multi-tier CPG initiatives spanning product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, packaging updates, and digital activations.
