This is a client-facing role responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination of multiple marketing accounts. You will serve as the central point of alignment between marketing leadership, contractors, and clients. Your responsibility is to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

You bring discipline to workflows, clarity to communication, and consistency to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Execution & Delivery
  • Lead the execution of multiple concurrent client marketing initiatives from strategy through reporting
  • Build and manage detailed project plans within our established project management system
  • Maintain timelines, milestones, and clearly defined deliverables across campaigns
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and resolve them before they impact outcomes
  • Ensure seamless progression from strategy to execution to reporting
  • Maintain visibility into workload, resource allocation, and deadlines
Client Partnership & Communication
  • Serve as the day-to-day project lead across assigned client accounts
  • Run structured weekly client meetings with clear agendas, defined next steps, and documented follow-ups
  • Provide consistent updates on timelines, scope, and progress
  • Manage expectations and scope adjustments with professionalism and transparency
  • Translate technical marketing activities into clear, business-focused communication
  • Coordinate work across paid media contractors, creative partners, SEO specialists, and developers
  • Ensure all partners understand deliverables, timelines, and performance standards
  • Hold internal and external teams accountable to agreed-upon commitments
  • Monitor execution quality to ensure alignment with client strategy
Operational Excellence
  • Execute within established workflows and uphold process standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and predictability within accounts
  • Document processes and contribute to internal best practice refinement
  • Support accountability systems aligned with our EOS operating model
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
  • 3+ years of agency experience in marketing, creative, or media environments
  • Experience working directly with clients in a project or account coordination capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Working familiarity with paid media, SEO, content marketing, CRM systems, or website projects
  • Experience operating within an EOS-driven organization is preferred
Core Competencies
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident meeting facilitator with the ability to drive clarity and accountability

This role ensures that strategy translates into measurable results through disciplined execution.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support long-term success.

  • Base Salary: Starting at $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: We prioritize ownership and results over hours tracked
  • Health Benefits: Monthly medical and dental insurance stipend
OUR CORE VALUES:
Think Like a Founder

Empathetic & connected to the real needs, constraints, and opportunities of the small business owners.

  • Carry a deep sense of responsibility for others’ growth.
  • You don’t just do tasks - you think like someone who has skin in the game.
Move Relentlessly Forward

We move with purpose and persistence, always advancing.

  • You’re always thinking a few moves ahead - systems, operations, structure, clarity.
  • Solve the problem in front of you while preventing the same problem from happening again.
Own the Outcomes

We take responsibility for the work and the results, and we step in to solve the problem and ensure the outcome is worthy of the trust our clients place in us.

  • We set the bar, not meet it.
  • Not just “do good work” - define what excellence looks like and defend it.
  • We don’t make excuses

We stay aligned, communicate clearly, and move toward the same outcome. Everyone contributes, everyone supports, and everyone pulls in the same direction. We win as a team.

  • We put shared outcomes above personal credit.
  • We communicate early, clearly, and directly—especially when something feels off.
  • We step in to support the work beyond our role when the outcome depends on it.
Steward With Optimism

We lead with optimism that is grounded in responsibility—bringing belief, energy, and encouragement while prioritizing what is truly best for the business.

  • We are positive and hopeful, but never at the expense of truth or long-term outcomes.
  • We challenge thinking when needed, because belief without guidance isn’t stewardship.
  • Our optimism is active—it strengthens decisions, sharpens focus, and builds momentum.
