Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients.

• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and billing inquiries.
• Explain policy coverage and endorsements clearly and concisely.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with producers to provide exceptional client service throughout the insurance lifecycle.
