Job summary

Cross Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Massachusetts to service personal lines policies, maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues, and achieve sales goals.

You will manage a book of business, stay current on insurance products and market trends, and use Applied-Epic and PL Rater along with Microsoft Office to process payments and notes. Competitive compensation and a solid benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Maintains Property & Casualty license and CE requirements.
• Follows Cross Basic Procedure Manual and Personal Lines Workflow Manual.
• Uses approved Action Codes in Applied-Epic and records activity notes.

Responsibilities

• Service personal lines insurance policies (new and renewal).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and colleagues.
• Meet annual sales goals and manage a book of business.
