Closet Factory Knoxville is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to be the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling, and showroom upkeep in person at Midland Plaza Alcoa. You will collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure timely processing of projects and requests.

The role emphasizes customer-centric communication, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills, with payroll backup duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions; resolve questions and escalate as needed.
Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM.
Keep showroom tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
