Closet Factory Knoxville is seeking an Assistant Office Manager who will be the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and coordinating with the Office Manager to keep projects moving.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and CRM competency, with duties including scheduling, documentation, showroom upkeep, and learning payroll backup duties if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, or similar environments is preferred.
• Ability to learn payroll backup duties and basic accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Develop knowledge of Closet Factory products to assist with inquiries and product-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
• Keep the showroom tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
