Alumni Hall Stores, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Knoxville, TN location. You will lead daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong leadership, staff development, and the ability to meet sales and shrink goals while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate, and follow-up.
• Ability to train and develop employees.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the store team and communicate the Alumni Hall vision.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high energy team delivering superior customer experiences.
• Help manage merchandising, scheduling, and daily store operations to meet goals.
• Open and close the store, handle deposits, and follow daily procedures.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are fulfilled per company standards.
